Ricardo Ximenes has spent two decades on a single problem: why complex programs fail, and what makes them succeed. He learned it inside capital projects — bidding, contracts, construction oversight, operations and asset management across South America and Africa, with particular depth in Colombia — where the cost of a bad decision is measured in years, not sprints. He has since applied the same discipline to technology: AI product programs in US capital markets, and cross-functional delivery across product, data, engineering and marketing teams spread over three continents. The sector changes. The risk register changes. The discipline does not.

From 2021 to 2024 he led product and delivery for a US quantitative asset manager, taking AI-driven trading products from concept to market — including an AI-managed ETF listed on the NYSE in 2022 — coordinating product, data science, engineering, compliance and external vendors across five countries. Since 2025 he has led a cross-functional marketing, data and technology program for a US e-commerce group, building the delivery operating system behind it: sprint and Kanban boards, automated status and burndown signals, and a governance cadence that survives three time zones.

He holds an MSc in Project Management from Boston University, an MBA in Finance (IAG / PUC-Rio) and a postgraduate MBA in International Business (FGV), and a B.Eng. Civil Engineering (Major in Structures and Production Engineering) from PUC-Rio. He is PMP-certified, a Professional Scrum Master I, and an active member of the Project Management Institute. Ricardo works in Portuguese, Spanish and English and serves clients across Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Argentina and the United States.
